FAQ
What the sales team asks.
- We are not an inspection centre — who produces the report?
- Not you. You send the request to a partner Ekspertiz centre; the centre performs the inspection and delivers the report through the system. You only manage the stock.
- Is the centre's fee paid separately?
- Yes, the inspection fee goes to the partner centre at the agreed price. Centre pricing is discussed separately within your pilot plan.
- Can we put the report on our own website?
- Yes. Each report comes with a shareable link and a QR code; you can embed it in your site and have it open under your dealership's brand.
- What happens if the report comes back bad?
- You are not obliged to publish it; without your approval the link does not open. But note this: a hidden finding still surfaces when the buyer queries the VIN history.
- Do listing sites get an automatic badge?
- No. There is no integration with any listing platform. You add the link we give you to the listing text yourself; when the buyer taps it, they see the report as verified.
- For how many cars can we request reports?
- The limit is set in your pilot plan. From the bulk upload screen you can add several vehicles at once by CSV and open a joint request to the same centre.
- Does the buyer have to create an account to read the report?
- No. The link and the QR are open to everyone; the buyer reads the report without signing up and can verify the signature chain independently.
