Inspection Centre Solution
Run your centre from one panel.
Work orders, technician assignment, quality control and the attested report — on one screen. No paper, no spreadsheets, no rubber stamp.
Invitation-only pilot · TSE-HYB compliant · KVKK ready
Inside the team
Everyone sees their own screen.
The technician never sees the customer's phone number; reception cannot touch measurement data; only the branch manager can seal a report.
Centre manager
Manages branches, staff and the centre's reports.
Branch manager
Runs quality control and seals the report with Ed25519.
Technician
Fills the modules on a tablet and attaches the evidence photos.
Reception
Books the appointment, takes the vehicle in, keeps the customer informed.
Operations
From vehicle intake to attested handover.
- 01
Intake
Reception enters VIN, plate and odometer; the work order opens.
- 02
Assignment
The branch manager assigns a technician, who sees their own queue.
- 03
Measurement
Modules fill on the tablet through structured forms and photo evidence.
- 04
Quality control
Anything missing or inconsistent goes back with a structured note.
- 05
Sealing
The Ed25519 signature is applied and the SHA-256 chain is extended.
- 06
Handover
The customer gets the report by QR; anyone can verify it independently.
Frames from the panel
The control room, on seed data.
These frames come from the panel itself; the records inside them are a demo account's seed data, not the data of a working centre.

Compliance
Audit-ready, at any moment.
Records within TSE-HYB scope — Türkiye's service competence certificate — are held digitally, the KVKK processing inventory is produced automatically, and an audit export is one click away.

FAQ
What comes up during setup.
- Do you integrate with our instruments directly?
- Not today. Measurements are recorded on the tablet through structured forms, and the instrument displays are attached to the report as timestamped photographs. Direct serial/USB integration follows the priorities the pilot centres set.
- How long does setup take?
- A single branch takes about half a day; a multi-branch rollout takes a few working days depending on branch count. Training is included.
- Can we produce a report if the internet drops?
- Yes. The technician's tablet holds measurements and photographs locally; when the connection returns, the report chain synchronises.
- Can we import our old records?
- Historical records are matched by VIN and loaded into archive mode. They do not count as attested; they are kept for reference and appear under a separate label during verification.
- How many users can we define?
- The Branch package has no user or role limit. Every user signs in with their own two-step verification, and the centre manager customises the permission matrix.
- How does migration from our current software work?
- Your records are converted into VIN-keyed rows, new work orders are opened through OtoTasdik, and the old archive stays readable for a while. A short walkthrough is usually enough for the branch team.
- Who is allowed to seal a report?
- The branch manager alone. The signing key is bound to the role; a technician completes the measurement but cannot seal, and reception never touches measurement data.
No record, no proof.
