What to know about the repair-shop panel
Is the repair-shop panel really free?
Yes. No subscription, no commission, no setup or per-user fee; the work order and Service Record Document flow stays free for good. Ekspertiz centres and dealers run on a separate corporate track.
Can I give the customer a digital service document?
Yes — a Service Record Document PDF is produced on the UBL-TR 2.1 template, with VAT calculated automatically. It does not replace a GİB e-Arşiv invoice; you keep issuing the official invoice separately.
How long does opening a work order take?
10 seconds on a phone: photo, odometer, plate. The VIN and the line items can be added later — quick entry for the shop floor, completion afterwards.
Do I have to buy hardware or wait for someone to visit?
No. The panel runs in a browser; no POS terminal and no site visit. If you prefer, we set it up with you over WhatsApp, and that support is free as well.
Who sees the data? Is it KVKK compliant?
The data is isolated to your shop and is not shared unless the customer gives explicit consent. Every transaction keeps a notice and consent record, and the customer can delete their data whenever they want.
How is the setup done?
You fill in the registration form and sign into the panel, about two minutes. There is nothing to install beyond the browser. If you get stuck, write to our WhatsApp line and we will set it up together, free.
How do I hand the record to the customer?
Every work order gets a short QR code. Print it on the slip or send it over WhatsApp; with explicit consent the customer adds the record to their own wallet. You do not need to collect email addresses.
