  • What is OtoTasdik?

    Türkiye's digital vehicle history wallet. It gathers your service, ekspertiz and TÜVTÜRK records in one VIN-keyed place; you claim them with the QR the shop gives you and share them with a buyer through one link.

  • Is OtoTasdik free?

    Free for individual users and independent repair shops — no subscription, no commission, permanently. Ekspertiz centres and dealerships sit on the invitation-only corporate pilot track.

  • How is a car's history looked up?

    The wallet's owner creates a link and shares it; the buyer opens it and sees the verified records. Independent verification by QR is also possible without an account, from the /dogrulama page.

  • Does the Service Record Document replace an invoice?

    No. It is a digital service document produced by OtoTasdik; it does not replace a GİB e-Arşiv invoice. The official tax document is issued separately and the two stand side by side.

  • Is my data stored in a KVKK compliant way?

    Yes. Notice and explicit consent flows run within the KVKK framework — Türkiye's data-protection law — and every record is signed with Ed25519. On a deletion request the personal data goes and the VIN history stays anonymous.

  • How do I use it as a repair shop?

    You open a work order in 10 seconds on a phone; when you close it, the Service Record Document PDF is ready and goes to the customer by QR or WhatsApp. Free of charge.
