İz · OtoTasdik
NOT OPEN TO EVERYONE YETEvery ride leaves a trace.
Free route recording for motorcycles, cars, campervans, trucks and semi-trailers; your rides stay yours until you publish them.
The prototype below runs in Turkish — that is the interface it was built in. The app itself speaks Turkish, English and German.
Yol her seferinde 12,3 km.

The real app
Turn the key. The rest happens on its own.
A road's character is read from its geometry: bends per kilometre and metres climbed say far more about what a road is like than distance and time do. İz writes this bend record under every ride you record; the recording exists for it.

All four come from the app itself, unretouched; the GPS trace in the frames was seeded for the shot. The publish button is written, but publishing is not open on the server side yet.
The ten roads behind Explore, and how they were compiled: İz routes.
Privacy is a feature
Publish nothing and nothing leaves.
Publish, and the ends stay behind.
01
Ends are cut between 400 and 700 m
The start and finish radius is drawn again on every publish.
02
A new trim on every publish
So the real end cannot be narrowed down where two links overlap.
03
Top speed enters no publication
The share card's data type has no such field — structure, not preference.
04
The map key is not in the app
Tiles pass through our own proxy; the provider never sees the rider's IP.
A road is not a track. There is no leaderboard.
Put up a table that rewards the fastest lap, people ride for the table, and someone dies. On public roads there is no ranking by time or speed — in no vehicle class, at no point.
These are commitments — not a list of what ships today
- If a segment is ever ranked, the measure will be consistency and discovery; never speed.
- A route reported as dangerous is taken down.
- Location data sits in a separate schema and is deleted for good when the account is deleted.
Obeying traffic law is the rider's responsibility. Under no circumstances does İz encourage exceeding a speed limit, breaking a rule, or racing on a public road; content of that kind falls under moderation.
What comes out
The Distance Plate.
Publishing to followers
The client side is written, but publishing is not open on the server side yet. Sharing today means sending the card to an app of your own choosing.
Year in İz
The trace you left this year.
The year's rides come out on a single card; no table is built out of zeroes for a year without rides.
- Total distance and number of rides
- Every province and district you touched
- The single longest record of the year
- Distribution by class
- The ride that opened the year and the one that closed it
- Every trace on one map
Frequently asked
Straight answers
Where do I download İz?
There is no separate download; İz lives inside the OtoTasdik app and access ships closed in release builds. There is no separate İz listing on the App Store or Google Play.
Who can see my rides?
Nobody, until you publish. When you do, the ends of the route are cut on the server: two radii, each drawn separately from between 400 and 700 metres, for every publication.
Are there speed records or rankings?
No, and there will not be. Nothing on a public road is ranked by time or speed. Even the route ribbon is coloured by smoothness rather than speed.
Does my route data reach my vehicle history?
No. Location and route data sit in a separate schema, outside the VIN-keyed data plane. Your plate, your VIN and your service records appear on no İz surface.
How do I start
The honest answer: you cannot yet.
İz is not downloaded as a separate app; you enter it from a card on the Garage screen of the OtoTasdik app — but access ships closed at build time. There is no separate İz listing on the App Store or Google Play; you will see no store button here that does not work.

Have your account ready
İz is entered with the same OtoTasdik account.

Your İz identity is not merged with your wallet identity.
You sign in with the same account, and they share nothing else: plate, VIN, service records and ekspertiz reports appear on no İz surface. What is a vehicle wallet?↗ tr
