Features you can use today

For car owners

  • Vehicle walletAdd up to three cars; each one keeps its service, ekspertiz and inspection records on a single timeline.
  • Android and iOS appGet it on Google Play or the App Store. Your phone is all you need to scan a service slip or a shop's QR code.
  • SpendingSee what you spend on service, fuel, inspection and fines by month and category, for all your cars or just one.
  • Claim a record by QRScan the QR the shop gives you and the record moves into your wallet with the shop's seal on it.
  • Share with one linkSend the car's history to a buyer as a single link. You can revoke the link at any time.
  • History summaryOne summary shows how many records carry a shop's seal and at how many different shops the work was done. Records with photos are counted there too.
  • Odometer consistencyIf the odometer goes backwards or jumps suspiciously, the record is flagged automatically.
  • Inspection report uploadUpload the inspection report as a PDF or a photo and the fields are read for you. You check them and save, and the app keeps track of when the inspection runs out.
  • Your data rightsDownload your data as JSON and manage your consents. You can also ask for your account to be deleted here.
  • Independent verificationAnyone can check a sealed record on the verification page with the 8-character code printed on its Service Statement, no account needed. A sealed record cannot be edited afterwards; if anyone tampers with it, the check shows it.

For workshops

  • Work orders from your phoneOpen a work order on your phone with the plate and the VIN; both are required. If the customer shows the code from Show QR to the shop, the car's details come from their wallet.
  • Shop sign-up and approvalEnter the shop's and the owner's details together with your tax number. Your account opens once our team has approved your tax registration certificate.
  • Service Statement PDFOne tap turns a sealed job into a PDF with its parts and labour lines. It does not replace a GİB e-Arşiv invoice.
  • Handover to the customer by QRWhen the customer scans the QR in the corner of the slip, the record moves into their wallet.
  • Sending by WhatsAppSend the record link and the Service Statement to the customer over WhatsApp.
  • Work order statusEach work order shows as In the shop, Completed or Delivered, and one tap moves it to the next step.
  • Every work order on one screenCounts at the top show the jobs opened today, the ones still open and the ones waiting for their Service Statement. The full list follows below.

For car owners

  • Wallet export bundleSecond half of 2026Today you can download your data as JSON from the panel straight away. Next comes a zip bundle of JSON and PDF files, prepared and emailed to you. Anyone who leaves the wallet should be able to take their data along, tied to no provider.

For workshops

  • Transfer to the GİB e-Arşiv portalSecond half of 2026Today the Service Statement is a PDF, and it does not replace a GİB e-Arşiv invoice. Sending its details to the e-Arşiv portal of GİB, the Turkish Revenue Administration, is part of our plan. We do not keep the shop's books; we only take care of the digital delivery.

For Ekspertiz centres and dealers

  • Ekspertiz centre panelFirst half of 2027A corporate panel for Ekspertiz centres. The technician fills in the report module by module, and it is sealed once the branch manager approves it. If it is changed later, verification shows it. For now it is being tried with the first centres in an invitation-only pilot.
  • Dealer and showroom panelFirst half of 2027You will be able to attach the service, ekspertiz and inspection history of every car in stock to your listings as a QR badge. At resale, the buyer checks that history from the listing. Integration with Sahibinden and arabam.com, bulk upload and conversion reports are planned too. The panel will open by invitation.
