Every step from vehicle intake to a sealed report, on one platform
The technician enters findings into each module's typed fields and attaches photos to the module. Once the manager approves, the report is sealed: it can no longer be changed, and anyone can verify it by QR code without an account.
A report passes through six stages from intake to publication
We show, stage by stage, who does what, where each piece of data comes from and who seals the report.
- Six stages, each with a named owner
- Modules set by the chosen package
- Photos attached to their module
- The manager's approval seals the report
Each Ekspertiz module will get its own description
Each module's scope, its checklist and the reference photos it requires, from engine and chassis to brakes, suspension and electrics, will be published here.
- A checklist for each module
- Mandatory photo evidence
- Tolerances and threshold values
- Technician handbook
Coming soonWe explain how we protect reports and personal data
Which records are signed, how a signature is verified, where data is stored and how your account is protected, all on one page.
- Signed and unsigned records
- Reports that cannot be changed after sealing
- Verification without an account, and the public key
- Records stored in the EU, in Frankfurt
Three rules make a report trustworthy
- Findings go into the module's own fieldsThe technician enters findings into the module's typed fields and attaches photos to the module they belong to.
- A sealed report cannot be changedEach report is linked to the previous report on the same car. Change a single line after sealing and verification shows it.
- Anyone can verify it by QR codeA buyer checks the report by QR code or report number, without an account and without downloading the file.
Let us go through the platform with your own workflow
For Ekspertiz centres the platform opens as an invitation-only pilot. In a call we go through every step from vehicle intake to the seal together.
