What to know about the repair-shop panel
Is the repair-shop panel really free?
Yes. We charge repair shops no subscription, commission, setup fee or per-user fee, and the work order and Service Statement flow stays free. In Türkiye, Ekspertiz centres and dealers run on a separate corporate track.
Can I give the customer a digital service document?
Yes. Once the job is sealed, a Service Statement PDF is created, with the tax worked out from the rate you enter on each line. It is not a tax invoice: you keep issuing your official invoice separately, which in Türkiye is the GİB e-Arşiv invoice.
What do I need to open a work order?
You need the plate, entered with the country it is registered in, and the VIN; both are required. If the customer shows the QR code in the app, the car's details fill in on their own. The odometer reading, customer name, phone and complaint are optional. You add the work and the parts to the slip as the job goes on. The slip uses your shop's own currency (lira, euros, pounds or dollars), and in the UK and the US the odometer reads in miles.
Do I have to buy hardware or wait for someone to visit?
No. The panel runs in a browser; no POS terminal and no site visit. If you prefer, we set it up with you over WhatsApp, and that support is free as well.
Who sees the data, and under which law is it processed?
The data is isolated to your shop and is not shared unless the customer gives explicit consent. Every transaction keeps a notice and consent record, and the customer can delete their data whenever they want.
How is the setup done?
You fill in the registration form with your tax number and upload your country's registration document: a VAT registration certificate or certificate of incorporation in the UK, a business licence or IRS EIN letter in the US, the Gewerbeanmeldung in Germany, the tax registration certificate (vergi levhası) in Türkiye. Our team checks it before the account opens, and then you sign into the panel. There is nothing to install beyond the browser. How do I hand the record to the customer?
Every work order gets a short QR code. Print it on the slip or send it over WhatsApp; with explicit consent the customer adds the record to their own wallet. You do not need to collect email addresses.
Are Ekspertiz centres in Türkiye free too?
No. Free means individual users and independent repair shops. In Türkiye, Ekspertiz centres and dealerships sit on the invitation-only corporate pilot track.
