A Service Statement can be verified without an account
The 8-character code printed on the Service Statement is enough; in Türkiye an ekspertiz report number works too. The verification page shows whether the record has changed since the day it was sealed.
Your data belongs to you
- Only the fields we needName, phone and VIN are collected for that transaction alone; they are never sold for marketing.
- Your garage is yoursOnly you see your vehicles. No shop and no centre can reach them without your approval.

Common questions about the wallet
Is the digital vehicle wallet really free?
Yes. The garage, service records and resale sharing are free for individual users, and you can add up to three cars. There is no subscription, per-user fee or hidden commission.
How do service records reach the wallet?
Two ways: you scan the QR the shop hands you and the record arrives with your explicit consent; or you scan the service slip in the app and add the record yourself.
How do I share the history when I sell?
You generate a sharing link from the vehicle page and choose how long it stays open and what it shows. The buyer opens it and sees the records you chose, with the ones a workshop sealed marked as such. You can revoke the link at any time.
Can I verify a statement without an account?
Yes. The /dogrulama page is open to everyone and asks for no sign-up: enter the 8-character code printed on the Service Statement, or in Türkiye an ekspertiz report number. A lookup by VIN or plate needs a login.
How many vehicles can I add?
Up to three per account. You enter each car's plate with its registration country, and the app keeps your records in your own currency (lira, euros, pounds or dollars), with distances in miles in the UK and the US. Marking a car as “sold” frees the slot; fleets are handled on a separate corporate track.
Which country is my data kept in?
Records are stored in the EU, in the AWS Frankfurt region (eu-central-1), and processed under Türkiye's KVKK and, for EU users, the GDPR. If you use the document scan, the photo goes to Google Gemini (Google LLC, USA) only after your explicit consent.
Will it stay free forever?
Car owners never pay, and the wallet holds up to three cars. Revenue will come later from VIN-keyed lookup services and corporate pilot programmes.
Do inspection records go in as well?
In Türkiye, yes. You upload the periodic inspection report as a PDF or a photo. The fields are read, you check them and save, and the expiry date is tracked. Outside Türkiye the app does not take inspection reports.
Do the records stay with the buyer after I sell the car?
A record a workshop sealed is bound to the vehicle's VIN, not to your account. Even if you delete your account, the record stays with the car and can still be verified. The link to you is cut, and your personal details are not shown.
Is an Ekspertiz appointment in Türkiye free?
No. The centre you visit sets the Ekspertiz fee; an Ekspertiz is a paid expert assessment before you buy a car. Keeping, verifying and sharing records in the wallet is free for individual use, for up to three cars.
