Questions sales teams ask

  • We are not an Ekspertiz centre, so who produces the report?

    Not you. You send the request to a partner Ekspertiz centre; the centre performs the Ekspertiz and delivers the report through the system. You only manage the stock.

  • Is the centre's fee paid separately?

    Yes, the Ekspertiz fee goes to the partner centre at the agreed price. Centre pricing is discussed separately within your pilot plan.

  • Can we put the report on our own website?

    Yes. Each report comes with a shareable link and a QR code; you can add the link to your own website.

  • What happens if the report comes back bad?

    You are not obliged to publish it. You open the share link yourself; until you do, the report does not appear in your listing.

  • Do listing sites get an automatic badge?

    No. There is no integration with any listing platform. You add the link we give you to the listing text yourself; when the buyer opens it, they see the report and the verification result.

  • For how many cars can we request reports?

    The limit is set in your pilot plan. From the bulk upload screen you can add several vehicles at once by CSV and open a joint request to the same centre.

  • Does the buyer have to create an account to read the report?

    No. The link and the QR are open to everyone; the buyer reads the report without signing up and can check for themselves that it has not changed since it was sealed.
