Run your centre from one panel
Work orders, technician assignment, quality control and the attested report sit in one panel. Paper files and spreadsheets are no longer needed.
- Invitation-only pilot
- TSE-HYB validity is checked
- Data stored in the EU
Every role on the team has its own step
Each role can only do its own step. The technician sends the report to quality control; only the branch manager can seal it.
- Centre managerManages branches, staff and the centre's reports.
- Branch managerAssigns technicians, runs quality control and seals the report.
- TechnicianFills in the modules, attaches photos and sends the report to quality control.
A vehicle goes from intake to attested handover in six steps
Intake
Branch staff enter VIN, plate and odometer; the work order opens.
Assignment
The branch manager assigns a technician, who sees their own queue.
Measurement
The technician fills in the modules through structured forms and attaches photos.
Quality control
A report with anything missing or inconsistent goes back to the technician to fix.
Sealing
The branch manager seals the report. If anything in it changes after sealing, verification shows it.
Handover
The customer receives the report's QR code and number; anyone can verify it without an account.
Technical verification details
The seal is an Ed25519 digital signature. Each report is linked to the SHA-256 digest of the previous report on the same VIN. During verification the server recomputes the digest and checks the signature.
These are the screens a centre owner and a branch manager see
These frames come from the panel itself; the records inside them are a demo account's sample data, not the data of a working centre.

İstatistik. Branches, reports and finalised reports for the chosen period, with daily report output.
Your records are ready in the panel when an audit asks
Reports and work orders are kept in the panel and can be exported. The panel holds the expiry date of the centre's TSE-HYB certificate, Türkiye's service competence certificate. While it is not valid, no new work order can be opened.

Questions centres ask before setup
Do you integrate with our instruments directly?
Not today. Measurements are recorded in the panel through structured forms, and photos of the instrument displays are attached to the module. We weigh a direct device connection against the priorities of the pilot centres.
How does setup work?
For pilot centres we set things up together with you; how long it takes depends on the number of branches. Training is included.
How many users can we define?
It depends on the package. The limits for branches, technicians and monthly reports are written in the offer made to your centre.
What happens if our TSE-HYB certificate expires?
If the certificate's validity date has passed or it is suspended, the panel opens no new work orders. A renewed certificate is updated in the panel.
Who is allowed to seal a report?
The branch manager alone. The right to seal is tied to the role; a technician completes the measurement and sends the report to quality control but cannot seal it.
Let every report leave your centre sealed and verifiable
